The SDI Elite Free Piston Assembly is designed for KYB 48mm forks, offering significantly improved durability over stock plastic pistons. Made from aluminum, it ensures a longer lifespan and enhanced performance.

Its open chamber design eliminates the top O-ring, reducing friction for smoother operation. The assembly comes pre-assembled with all necessary bushings, O-rings, and seals, and is fully rebuildable for service.

This set fits various Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki models from 2006-2026, including YZ125/250/250F/450F, CRF450 (2009-2012), KX450F (2008-2012), and KX250F (2020-2026).
