The SDI Elite Free Piston Assembly is crafted from durable aluminum, offering significantly longer life and improved performance compared to stock plastic pistons. It is designed for Showa TAC and 49mm spring forks.

This assembly features an improved design that reduces friction, contributing to better overall suspension action. It comes pre-assembled with all necessary bushings, O-rings, and seals.

The set is completely rebuildable for service and is made in the U.S.A. It fits various Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki models from 2015-2023, including RMZ450, CRF250R/450R, and KX450F.
