ROADSTER STYLE 3.5 GALLON GAS TANK

This is a replica of the early Sportster and Model K stock gas tanks,

from the 50's and 60's.

FITS: 1952-1656 Model K Flathead Quad Cams

and 1957-1978 IRONHEAD SPORTSTER

Replica gas tank has a right side petcock location,

and fuel capacity of 3.5 gallons.

Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting.

Do not grind or sand the seams or joints.

Clean the inside of the tank.

It is suggested to pressure test.

Check petcock opening,

making sure the petcock can be easily installed.

Petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for

easy installation of petcock.
