This Cobra Sport half system exhaust is designed to replace the stock silencers on your Harley-Davidson Sportster S. It includes a non-catalysed stainless steel link pipe that connects to the original system, enhancing the deep, muscular rumble of the V-twin engine.

The stainless steel silencers are finished with a matt black 'volcanic' Performance 1 polymer ceramic coating. This advanced coating, used in motorsport, can withstand temperatures up to 980°C and reduces the exhaust's surface temperature by up to 15%.

The system is designed to retain the original OEM heat shield for a clean, integrated look. It is supplied with removable dB Killers for sound adjustment, and all relevant fittings are included for installation.
