This SDI Elite Black Pull Rod is optimized for the 2018+ Yamaha YZ450F, and also fits and benefits 2009-2017 YZ450 models and 2019-2022 YZ250F. It helps control the YZ450's pitching character for a more stable and predictable ride.
The pull rod lowers the rear of the bike to combat a "stink bug" feeling, producing a more linear suspension curve. This design enhances overall chassis stability.
