This SDI Elite Blue Pull Rod is designed for Yamaha YZ450F and YZ250F models from 2009-2017. It helps control the bike's pitching character, leading to a more stable and predictable ride.

The pull rod stiffens the initial suspension curve, reducing a "wallowy" feel, and minimizes deep stroke harshness. It can also lower the seat height by 5-10mm on some bikes.

It improves chassis balance and provides a more linear suspension curve by lowering the rear to combat a "stink bug" feeling.
